It is almost time for the end of this school year and since we are class parents in my sons class I wanted to make cards for the teachers. I’ll put them with the gifts at the summer party we are arranging for the class next week. The stamps are from the Hello Sunshine set from Pink Paislee and the papers fom the Pen Pal Collection. So very cute! And I think the navy is starting to grow on me finally.
I got me some really cheap tiny letter stamps on sale the other week, three sets and this font looks so good! It’s wood mounted stamps so they are hard to line up but I stamped them crooked on purpose, I like it :)
And on other matters. I’m taking a summer breake from En liten butik since I have so much to do with school right now, trying to get done with all the classes asap. Last summer I actually applied for a guest DT there and sort of got stuck since it’s a great team and a great shop. Well, you can apply to be a guest there too, Lotta (our boss) is looking for three guest DTs for this summer so hop on over if you are interested to apply. It’s kind of a short time to send in your application so do it right now. You won’t regret it :)
Also I wanted to tell you about a new stamp company starting up in Germany. My very talented DT-collegue Christine on ABNH is making her own line of stamps called Create a Smile Stamps and it’ll be some really cute critters I think. There are a couple of adorable freebies on the blog so go check it out! Super fun! I love the little monster guy, I will print it out and try it out, looks fun to color with Copics.
