I made this LO for En liten butik, my DT collegue Katja made a fun sketch for this months challenge and you have until tomorrow to join. The twist is to use something metal on your creation. I used some cool Prima metal. The sketch had some lines across the page and I let some ink run and then I sewed over with gold thread and made faux stitching in black.
There was some clusters with dots on the sketch and I grabbed a bag of wood veneer letters and just sprinkled randomly over the page. I added some Shabby Blue embossing enamel on the background and a bunch of random embellishments. Voila. The picture is of my son visiting one of the dogs in the basket. The title is Hello friend. He really really loves dogs :) Most of all he loves our dogs, but when this picture was taken his favourite was our italian greyhound Castor who we had to put to sleep almos exactly a year ago. So it was a rare occation visiting Gimli instead of his favourite and that’s why I wanted to scrap this picture even though it was really dark and grainy before editing.
