This week for Hobbyworld I’ve been playing with the all new Silhouette double-sided adhesive sheets. First I made a quick birthday card for my son to bring to his friends birthday party. I sued the Cameo to cut out the text and used Silhouettes own glitter (also new, to use with the sheets). Glittery indeed! The paper is from MME Playdate.
I also got a lot of great Halloween goodness in my DT kit this time. I wanted to try if I could cut the sheet with regular thin dies. I had one from Marianne Design that worked great! I made this halloween card with paper from EP Chillingsworth Manor.
I die cut the adhesive sheet like any other paper, making sure to roll it through the machine a couple of times since the sheet is quite thick. I adhered it to my card and used Martha Stewarts Tinsel glitter for this card. I love the effect, but it’s hard to take a good picture of the glittery effect.
