Guest at Winnie & Walter, day 3

I'm back again as a guest at Winnie & Walter and today I made a card using In Bloom: Addie’s Garden. It's a gorgeous set containing lots of pretty flowers but I immediately fell in love with this little flower branch. I used it for my condolence card a couple of days back but here I made it the focal point of this clean and simple card. Winnie_walter_addies_garden

I made a background by scribbling with some markers on my glass cutting mat and spritzing it with Copic Cleaning solution and than smooching glossy cardstock in the puddle, letting it dry and repeating. After that I just stamped the flower and the sentiment using Archival ink. I added some wink of stella to the flowers and filled them in with an embossing pen, clear embossing them two times to give them some shine.

I'll be back tomorrow with my last day of inspiration. Make sure to go to the Winnie & Walter blog to have the chance to win great prizes and see what the amazing DT and my fellow guest designer Maria has created.
