A Blog Named Hero facebook team

Today I wanted to share a card I made using a background stamp from Hero Arts that I recently got on sale. I'm happy about this bargain because the stamp is so pretty and even if it's not all brand new it is new to me. It's called Snowflake Border. I made this card using an embossing resist (sort of my go-to technique if you haven't noticed).

I used watercolors for this card, I tried out some new colors to see if they would match and I like the results. The pops of green made it much more interesting. The dies are from Simon Says Stamp (hello) and Technique Tuesday (fabulous) and the twigs are my own cutfiles from Pretty Crafty Stuff Tthe Peace on Earth file). I hope you like it :)

I'll be back tomorrow with another watercolor card that went from a pinterest fail to a kind of cool card. Hope to see you then :)
