Hobbyworld’s november challenge

It’s time for a new challenge over at Hobbyworld, this time it’s a sketch-challenge and the sketch is made by yours truly. I really like making sketches and it’s so much fun to see what you make from it. This sketch is made so that you can make a card or a LO, whatever you like. I made this LO with a picture from right before my wedding. I love how the colors of the Lucille-collection from Basic Grey fits perfect with the colors in the photo.







There is some hidden journaling bahind the picture. I just attatched it with my sewing machine in the top and it flips up.

And no, I coudn’t even follow my own sketch ;) I always have to change something, this time the position of the picture (it looked like I was looing out from the page if I kept it on the right side). Anyways, it’s ok to change things around a bit, to rotate the sketch or whatever, as long as we can see that your entry is based on the sketch.

My sketch at SWE Scrapbook

Today it’s wednesday again, and as usual there is a card challenge over at SWE Scrapbook. This time its a sketch and guess who made it? *drumroll* ME! This is my first sketch ever (well, the first sketch that isn’t just for me that is) So this week I really want to see if you make a card from it, please leave a comment and link to your blog. I’ll be really happy to see it.

 

I had to try out the sketch myself first. I made this card, I like it very muche since there are a lot of graphical patterns and it’s kind of clean.

I made a card working with the sketch from Creative Inspirations wednesday challange for this week. They are being sponsored by Tickled Pink Stamps and I wanted to play! I’m not that good at using sketches and well, I might have gone a bit crazy with this one ;) I flipped the sketch and made some alterations and voila! Here’s my card :)

I’ve used my Copics for this card and Lil Victorian Steampunk Lilith. Also I got to cut into my Cosmo Cricket Seaside paper pad, cute papers!

And I need to show you the little Maya road-flag-thingie. I got it in my Cocoa Daisy kit this month and they are super fun! I’ve misted mine and stamped on it. I’m getting all these ideas now, need to use them!
